Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3-night stays. If you must stay 2 nights (yes, you can also rsvp room thru link listed on "Hotel RSVP Link / Travel Info", but rate might be different), please contact our Travel Agent, Sandy, sandy@beachyvows.com, so she can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Beachy Vows allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

The hotel offers all inclusive (all-day dining), including breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, along with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the day. In-room dining is also included. Guests can enjoy three resort pools, two waterslides, an arcade, and a bowling alley—all on site. There's something for everyone to enjoy! Best of all, each booking includes a $200 per room per night Hard Rock Resort Credit which can be used toward spa treatments, golf, the Posh Beauty Salon, bowling, and more. Our wedding will be outdoors! We encourage everyone to bring some sunglasses and comfortable shoes for our ceremony on the beach.

If guests choose to stay elsewhere, they will need to pay for a day pass and/or night pass to enter, which can get very pricey (plus the cost of transfers between resorts). The cost for a day pass is $300/person/day for access to the resort ONLY during our event.

Cancellations on or after 12/9/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty. Cancellations on or after 1/9/2026 will be charged in full and are non-refundable We strongly recommend purchasing event insurance to protect your travel investment. You can do so using the link provided.

Yes! A valid passport is required for all guests traveling internationally to join us for the wedding. If you don’t already have one, we recommend applying as soon as possible, as processing times can vary. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
